Okay, that's the last pun, I promise.
Anyone who knows me personally, or even follows me on my social media sites, would be able to tell you that I have an undying love for lush bath products. I am constantly posting snaps of my magnificently chromatic baths on instagram, accompanied with an excited, yet restricted to 140 characters, babble about the fizzing shenanigans of the chosen bundle of joy on twitter.
Over the past two months I've acquired a considerable amount of lush goodies, some of which were gifted to me and some of which I invested in myself. So naturally, a good ol' lush ramble is in order, brace yourselves.
For Christmas, I received two bubble bars from my boyfriends parents; Creamy Candy and Christmas Eve.

Lush bubble bars create beautiful soft bubbles simply by breaking a bit off, and crumbling under the running tap. I'd never tried either of these bubble bars before, so I was super excited to try them out! Creamy Candy was first to take to the tub. It turned my bath water a gorgeous pastel pink, and made the bubbles smell of candy floss. It left my skin feeling silky smooth without any need to moisturize afterwards, and is definitely going to be included in my next lush order! The combination of the yellow and the blue segments of the Christmas Eve bubble bar left my bath water a lovely pale green color and let off a soft scent of lavender. This is definitely a more relaxing bubble bar in comparison with Creamy Candy, and had I of had it before Christmas, I definitely would have used it Christmas Eve to help me drift off to sleep. Perfect for a pamper evening after a stressful day at work!
From one of my best friends, I received the Space Girl Bath Bomb for Christmas.

This one I had tried before but I hadn't had it for a while, so I was very excited to be reminded of what it did and what benefits it had for my skin. When you drop it into the bath, it initially turns a bright red, however as it continues to fizz it develops into a beautiful purple color. It has a lovely fruity fresh scent to it and is overall very refreshing. However it has to be noted that it is a very glittery bath bomb, and so you may need to hose yourself down afterwards, unless the whole twilight vampire look is what you're going for.
Next, I pulled out my own purse and when I saw that Lush had a boxing day sale, I did not hold back.

I think the purpose of the boxing day sale was for clearance purposes as most of the items on sale were the Christmas exclusives. However my all time favorites, Luxury Lush Christmas Pud, So White and Shoot for the Stars, all happen to be Christmas exclusives and so I went a little bit over board and ordered 3 of each.
Additionally, I also bought the Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment luxury bath melt, which smells heavenly! I honestly cannot wait to try it.

Finally, my boyfriend treated to me to two little bath bombs whilst he was at a lush store in Chester; Butterball and Fizzbanger.

Fizzbanger has a very citrus-like scent and is a vibrant yellow color, however if you look closely there are specs of blue visible so I cannot wait to see how that turns out! Butterball is one that I have tried before and is one I think almost everyone raves about. It leaves my skin so moisturized and soft and has a lovely light vanilla scent to it. I think it's especially perfect for those winter evenings where your skin needs to be replenished.
Well, there we have it! That's everything I currently own from lush, and I cannot wait to get using them! Feel free to comment your favorite lush products in the comment section below!
Until the next time,
